发展油桐生产的重要意义油桐是我国重要特用经济树种之一,全身都是宝.桐油是最好的干性油,具有干燥快、有光泽、不传电、耐热、耐酸、耐碱等许多优良特性,用途广泛,用桐油制造的油漆,是各种机械、器具、车辆、船舶以及渔具、农具、家俱等的好涂料;塑料、人造革、印刷和医药制品等也需要桐油.桐油也是重要的外贸物资之一,历史上与丝、茶并列为我国三大出口物资,在国际上享有很高信誉,目前,国产桐油仍占世界总产60-80%.
