人力资源管理是企业管理的重要部分,对企业的经营与发展起着重要的作用。当前我国很多企业不够重视人力资源管理,原因是对人力资源管理在提升企业效益作用上认知不足。本文对此问题给予了详尽的阐释,并提出了企业应当如何变革人力资源管理以提升企业效益。
Human resource management is an important part of business management and plays an important role in the operation and development of enterprises. At present, many enterprises in our country do not pay enough attention to human resources management because of the lack of cognition on the role of human resources management in enhancing enterprise benefits. This article gives a detailed explanation of this issue and puts forward how enterprises should change human resources management in order to enhance the efficiency of enterprises.
