参麦注射液由人参和麦冬组成,是根据明代秦景明的“参冬饮”名方,运用现代科学技术经剂型改革而成的中药注射剂。它具有加强心肌收缩力,增加心输出量、改善微循环等作用,在临床上广泛用于治疗各种原因引起的脑卒中、休克、心肌梗死、心肌炎、冠心病等,且疗效较好,于1992年被列为急诊科必备药之一。参麦注射液在非心脑血管疾病中的应用也较广泛,现综述如下。
Shenmai injection is composed of ginseng and Ophiopogon japonicus. It is a traditional Chinese medicine injection based on the Ming Dynasty Qin Jingming’s name of “Shen Dong Yin”, using modern science and technology to reform the dosage form. It has the functions of strengthening myocardial contractility, increasing cardiac output, improving microcirculation, etc. It is widely used clinically to treat various causes of stroke, shock, myocardial infarction, myocarditis, coronary heart disease, and has good curative effect. In 1992, it was listed as one of the essential medicines in the emergency department. Shenmai injection is also widely used in non-cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and is summarized as follows.
