目的探讨动态脉压与颈动脉内中膜厚度(IMT)的相关性。方法将135例老年高血压患者依据动态脉压水平分组:Ⅰ组,动态脉压≤4O mmHg,Ⅱ组,40mmHg<动态脉压≤60 mmHg,Ⅲ组,60mmHg<动态脉压≤80 mm-Hg,Ⅳ组,动态脉压>80 mmHg;对入选者进行颈动脉超声检查和血液学检查。结果4组老年原发性高血压患者的IMT随动态脉压的增加明显增加;动态脉压与IMT的相关性最好。结论脉压可能参与动脉粥样硬化的形成和发展。
Objective To investigate the relationship between dynamic pulse pressure and carotid intima-media thickness (IMT). Methods 135 cases of elderly hypertensive patients were divided into two groups based on dynamic pulse pressure: group Ⅰ, arterial pulse pressure ≤ 40 mmHg, group Ⅱ, 40 mmHg 80 mmHg; carotid ultrasound and hematology examination were performed on the selected subjects. Results IMT of 4 elderly patients with essential hypertension increased significantly with the increase of ambulatory pulse pressure. The correlation between ambulatory pulse pressure and IMT was the best. Conclusion Pulse pressure may be involved in the formation and development of atherosclerosis.
