总结了近几年来我院使用国内外四种高活度~(99m)Tc发生器的经验;对商品质量采取随机抽样和进行有限条件下的测试。结果揭示:比利时、英国和北京裂变型~(99m)Tc发生器淋洗5ml,相对放射性大于90%,峰值在第2ml,峰宽5ml,随使用时间延长峰值峰宽不变。西南凝胶型~(99m)Tc发生器淋洗10ml,相对放射性大于90%,峰值在第5至第6ml,第七天后峰值后移、峰宽增宽。四种~(99m)Tc发生器的洗脱液放化纯度均符合质量标准。标记11种化合物,20余个项目脏器核素显像,图像清晰,对比度好。总受检7361人次临床观察中,均未见不良反应。并对四种发生器优缺点进行比较观察和讨论。
The experience of using four kinds of high activity ~ (99m) Tc generators at home and abroad in recent years was summarized. The quality of the products were randomly sampled and tested under limited conditions. The results revealed that 5ml fission type 99m Tc generator in Belgium, the UK and Beijing was eluted with a relative radioactivity of more than 90% at peak 2ml and a peak width of 5ml. Southwest gel type 99m Tc generator rinse 10ml, the relative radioactivity greater than 90%, the peak in the 5th to 6ml, after the seventh day after the peak shift, broadening of the peak width. Four kinds of 99m Tc generator eluate radiochemical purity are in line with quality standards. Marked 11 kinds of compounds, more than 20 items of visceral imaging of organs, the image is clear, good contrast. The total inspection of 7361 people in clinical observation, no adverse reactions. The advantages and disadvantages of the four generators were compared and discussed.
