在安装和修理化工装置管系时,常常会遇到铁素体钢和奥氏体钢异种钢之间的焊接。由于两种钢材的组织和性能的不同,可焊性相差很大。因此在焊接异种钢接头时,焊接工艺应与同种材料的焊接不一样。有的单位在这方面没有引起应有的重视,容易造成设备事故。鉴于我国在异种钢焊接方面至今还没有一个统一的标准,我们查找了美国制管研究所1969年制订的关于“铁素体钢和奥氏体不锈钢之间过渡接头焊接的推荐操作法”。供有关单位参考。
Welds between ferritic and austenitic dissimilar steels are often encountered when installing and repairing chemical plant piping. Due to the different organization and properties of the two steels, weldability varies widely. Therefore, when welding dissimilar steel joints, the welding process should be different with the welding of the same material. Some units in this area did not give due attention, likely to cause equipment accidents. In view of the fact that there is still no uniform standard for the welding of dissimilar steels in our country, we have looked for the “Recommended Practice for Welding of Transition Joints between Ferritic Steels and Austenitic Stainless Steels” formulated by the American Institute of Tubemaking in 1969.
