建立与社会主义有计划商品经济相适应的计划经济与市场调节相结合的经济运行机制。关系我国衽会主义经济建设全局,需要我们在理论上和实践上都进行大量艰苦细致的探索。这里谈谈我们的一些初步看法。二者结合的必然性我国目前所处历史阶段的经济是社会化大生产和商品经济的统一体。这个阶段中实行既有计划经济属性又具有商品经济属性的有计划商品经济,构成了计划经济与市场调节相结合的客观经济依据。通过国际范围经济运行机制演变的过程,我们也可以清晰地看到,当今世界既不存在完全的市场经济,也不存在完全的计划 We should establish a mechanism for economic operation that is compatible with planned economy and market regulation in line with the socialist planned economy. The overall economic development of our country’s socialist economy requires a great deal of arduous and detailed exploration both in theory and in practice. Here to talk about some of our initial observations. The Necessity of the Combination of Both The economy in the historical stage in which China is currently located is the unity of socialized mass production and commodity economy. The implementation of a planned commodity economy with both planned economic attributes and commodity economic attributes in this phase constitutes the objective economic basis for the combination of planned economy and market regulation. Through the evolution of the international economic operation mechanism, we can also clearly see that there is neither a complete market economy nor a complete plan in today’s world
