目的:探讨品管圈活动在提高普外科年轻护士小儿静脉留置针穿刺技能中的作。方法:2015年3-10月,我科以“提高年轻护士小儿静脉留置针穿刺技能”为主题,开展为期8个月的品管圈活动,分析比较活动前后静脉留置针穿刺1次成功率,请儿科穿刺能手协助穿刺次数等5项指标。结果:实施品管圈活动后,静脉留置针穿刺1次成功率,请儿科穿刺能手协助穿刺次数等5项指标较实施前均有改善。比较差异且有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:开展品管圈活动能提高普外科年轻护士的小儿静脉留置针穿刺技能,有利于小儿患者的临床用药、手术安全及紧急抢救,提高患儿家长满意度,同时提升了护士素质和业务水平。
Objective: To explore the quality control ring activities in improving the young general nurses pediatric venous catheterization skills. Methods: From March to October 2015, our department conducted a quality control circle activity for 8 months with the theme of “Improving the Nursing Care of Young Nurses in Pediatrics” and analyzed the results of the comparison of 1 case before and after venous catheterization Rate, please pediatric puncture experts to assist the number of punctures and other 5 indicators. Results: After the implementation of quality control ring activities, the success rate of intravenous catheterization puncture, please pediatric puncture skills to assist the number of punctures and other five indicators were improved than before. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The quality control circle activities can improve the pediatric venous needle placement skills of young nurses in general surgery, which is good for the clinical medication, safety of surgery and emergency rescue in pediatric patients so as to improve the satisfaction of parents and enhance the nurses’ quality and professional level .
