患者男，30岁，右耳下无痛性肿块进行性增大半年。体格检查：右耳垂下方及右下颌角上方见约5cm×3cm×2cm肿块，质硬，无触痛，活动差。右侧扁桃体向中线移位，舌突右偏，右侧舌肌有震颤，右声带麻醉，声门闭合时呈三角形裂隙。头颅0：颅内无占位性病变。术中见肿瘤包绕面神经
The patient male, 30 years old, had a painless mass under his right ear for a period of six months. Physical examination: A mass of about 5cm x 3cm x 2cm was seen below the right earlobe and at the top of the right mandibular angle. The mass was hard, there was no tenderness, and the activity was poor. The right side of the tonsil shift to the midline, tongue right deviation, the right lingual muscle tremor, right vocal anesthesia, glottis when the triangle was a crack. Head 0: no intracranial lesions. See tumor around the facial nerve during surgery
