随着社会经济的发展进步,人们生活水平提高,乡村间的建设也日益完善,村村通自来水工程实施就是最为显著的范例之一.在农村自来水建设或改造过程中,管道设计的优良与否,不仅关系到资金的合理使用,也直接关系到村民的日常使用感受和管网的日后维护工作,是农村自来水改造工作的重中之重.
