通过对 6 0份血样行库存模拟试验 ,于第 1、3、7、14、2 1日分别测定红细胞免疫功能。结果显示 :库存当日红细胞 C3 b受体 (RBC- C3 b R)活性最高 ,从第 3日起随存放时间延长而逐渐降低 ,红细胞免疫复合物花环 (RBC- ICR)无明显变化。 B型血 RBC- C3 b RR在库存第 7日后降低 ,而其它血型 3日后降低 ,RBC- ICR除 O型在第 14日有一过性降低外 ,其它血型无变化。提示在输血治疗中 ,应考虑库存血红细胞免疫功能的降低对机体的影响。
Through 60 stock samples of blood bank simulation test, on the 1st, 3rd, 7th, 14th and 21st day respectively, the erythrocyte immune function was measured. The results showed that the activity of erythrocyte C3b receptor (RBC-C3bR) on the day of storage was the highest, and gradually decreased with the prolongation of storage time from the third day. There was no significant change in the RBC-ICR of the erythrocyte immune complex. The blood type B RBC-C3 b RR decreased after the 7th day, while the other blood types decreased 3 days later. The blood type of RBC-ICR had no change except O-type on the 14th day. Tip in transfusion therapy, should consider the stock of red blood cell immune function to reduce the impact on the body.
