目前,我国已经与世界其他国家或地区签订了4个FTA协定。从理论上讲,这些协定将推动我国企业的对外出口,而我国企业也会在出口中积极利用这些FTA政策。然而事实如何呢?本文首先介绍了企业调查背景及对一些理论问题在实践上的反思,然后对企业利用FTA政策的状况给予描述,并在其后分析了我国出口企业利用FTA政策较少的原因。在以上分析的基础上,本文最后给出了扩大我国出口企业利用FTA政策的建议。 At present, China has signed four FTA agreements with other countries and regions in the world. In theory, these agreements will promote the export of Chinese enterprises, while Chinese enterprises will also actively use these FTA policies in their exports. However, what are the facts? This paper first introduces the background of the business investigation and some theoretical issues in practice, and then describes the status quo of FTA policy, and then analyzes the reason why the export enterprises use less FTA policy . Based on the above analysis, the paper finally gives some suggestions on how to expand the use of FTA in China’s export enterprises.
