介绍了主要用于风室试验台的植保风机性能自动测试系统,该系统是在T P-801单板机的基础上建立的。可进行从试验条件检查、测量、计算到打印和绘制性能曲线的全过程、给出最终结果。 本文主要叙述了有关系统参数的测量方案;相应的硬件和一系列的数据采集和处理程序;有关对传感器传递特性进行线性化处理的方法和其他辅助功能的设计问题,尤其是有关利用汇编语言求取拟合曲线多项式回归方程和驱动绘图机制表、写参数和绘制性能曲线问题。 现场试验表明:利用该系统进行试验结果比较准确可靠,系统稳定,操作简单。
An automatic test system for plant protection fan performance is introduced mainly for the wind chamber test bench. The system is based on the T P-801 single-board machine.
