很多国家的经验和实践证明,创业是实现就业这一目标的最好方式之一,毋庸置疑,创业也是无数青年人追逐的梦想——谁都想有自己的事业,谁都想按自己的方式工作,谁都想做自己的老板……在扶持青年创业这一领域,青年创业国际计划(简称YBI)是一个成功范例。早在1983年,英国王子基金就在英国开展了青年创业计划,通过动员、联合企业界和社会力量为青年创业提供咨询指导和资金、技术、网络支持。英国青年创业计划平均每年帮助5000名英国青年创业,创业成功率在60%以上。到目前为止,青年创业国际计划的项目模式已经在35个国家成功运行,帮助6万多名青年走上了成功创业之路。2003年11月,中国青年创业国际计划(简称YBC)在中国启动。YBC源自YBI,YBC的运营完全采用YBI模式。任何一个18到35岁的年轻人,带着一个好的创业计划,都可以参与到这个计划里来。如果计划能够通过严格的评估,那此人将会获得三到五万圆人民币不等的创业启动资金,同时YBC会为创业者配备一个经验丰富的创业导师做免费的创业咨询及辅导。一个计划团结着一群人,他们为自己的创业梦想努力,他们为别人的创业梦想做嫁衣。汪涌有幸,她有梦,更重要的是,她遇到了能给她掌舵的梦之舟的舵手。
