本文将100例正常小儿分成新生儿(48例)、婴幼儿(20例)及儿童(32例)3组,新生儿于喂奶后2小时抽取股静脉血;婴幼儿及儿童于禁食后6小时在股静脉或肘正中静脉抽血,以氨基酸自动分析仪测定其血清氨基酸谱。结果显示,新生儿中缬氨酸、亮氨酸、异亮氨酸及精氨酸血清浓度显著地低于婴幼儿及儿童,这与新生儿生理特点、体内代谢及合成酶系不成熟、能量需求量大相符合。因此,应在氨基酸制剂中适当增加支链氨基酸和精氨酸,以满足新生儿需要。
In this paper, 100 normal children were divided into 3 groups: newborn (48 cases), infants (20 cases) and children (32 cases). Neonates were drawn into the femoral vein 2 hours after feeding. Infants and children were fasted after 6 Hour in the femoral vein or cubital vein, using automatic amino acid analyzer to measure the serum amino acid profile. The results showed that serum concentrations of valine, leucine, isoleucine and arginine in neonates were significantly lower than those in infants and children, which was related to neonatal physiological characteristics, in vivo metabolism and immature synthase, and energy Large demand is consistent. Therefore, amino acid preparations should be appropriately increased in branched chain amino acids and arginine to meet the needs of newborns.
