患者刘××男49岁农民住院号276164 于1989年6月10日入院。3周前,左眼视物模糊,眼前上方有黑影遮挡,左眼胀痛、眼眶痛及偏头痛。以后左眼前黑影逐渐扩大。1周前,右眼又发现视物模糊,眼前下部有黑影遮挡。但无眼胀痛及偏头痛。查体一般情况良好。右眼视力0.3,左眼0.1,不能矫正。眼压右眼1.36kPa,(右5.5/8=10.24mmHg、左5.5/15)。双外眼及眼前节均正常。双眼视乳头边界清楚、颜色正常,视网膜血管正常,右眼视乳头颞上
