目前在教学实验及抗炎药物的筛选中,对一个药物抗炎作用进行评价的一个常用指标,是观察该药物对给予化学致炎剂后引起鼠爪体积肿胀度的影响。观察肿胀程度的方法有多种,但这些方法有的误差大、重复性差,有的仪器昂贵,一般实验室不易解决。我们根据容积测量的原理,建立了装置简单、操作方便、误差小、重复性好的鼠爪体积测量方法,经我们应用完全符合抗炎药教学实验及抗炎药物筛选的要求。
Currently in teaching experiments and screening of anti-inflammatory drugs, the anti-inflammatory effect of a drug evaluation of a common indicator is to observe the drug on the chemical inflammation caused by inflammation caused by rat paw swelling. There are many ways to observe the degree of swelling, but some of these methods error, poor reproducibility, and some expensive instruments, the general laboratory is not easy to solve. Based on the principle of volumetric measurement, we have established a method for measuring the volume of rat claws with simple device, convenient operation, small error and good repeatability. After we applied it, we fully met the requirements of anti-inflammatory medicine teaching experiment and anti-inflammatory drug screening.
