目的:探讨Syndecan-1和E-cadherin蛋白在人胰腺癌组织中的表达及其意义。方法:采用免疫组化SABC方法,检测42例胰腺癌组织和30例正常胰腺组织Syndecan-1和E-cadherin的表达情况,并分析其与临床、病理特性、生存率及两者之间的关系。结果:Syndecan-1蛋白在胰腺癌的阳性表达高于正常胰腺组织,P=0.002;E-cadherin在胰腺癌中的阳性表达明显低于在正常组织中的表达(P=0.000),在高分化组、无淋巴结及远处转移组、临床分期为Ⅰ、Ⅱ期组织中的阳性表达较高。两者的表达无相关性,rs=-0.109,P=0.490。结论:Syndecan-1的增高性表达和E-cadherin的降低性表达提示两者在胰腺癌的发生、发展和侵袭转移过程中可能起促进作用。
Objective: To investigate the expression of Syndecan-1 and E-cadherin in human pancreatic cancer and its significance. Methods: The expressions of Syndecan-1 and E-cadherin in 42 cases of pancreatic cancer and 30 cases of normal pancreas were detected by immunohistochemical SABC method. The relationship between the expression of Syndecan-1 and E-cadherin and the clinical, pathological characteristics, survival rate and their relationship . Results: The positive expression of Syndecan-1 protein in pancreatic cancer was higher than that in normal pancreatic tissue (P = 0.002). The positive expression of E-cadherin in pancreatic cancer was significantly lower than that in normal tissues (P = 0.000) Group, no lymph node and distant metastasis group, the clinical stage Ⅰ, Ⅱ period organization higher positive expression. There was no correlation between the two expressions, rs = -0.109, P = 0.490. CONCLUSIONS: The increased expression of Syndecan-1 and the decreased expression of E-cadherin suggest that both may promote the development, progression and invasion and metastasis of pancreatic cancer.
