选用检测胶膜与平皿倾注法对餐具饮料等120件样品进行了细菌总数测定,两种方法的检验结果复合率达95以上,(P<0.05)差异无显著性意义。本法如与大肠菌群纸片法配套使用,不但简便了操作程序,而且可以节省大量人力物力,检测胶膜保存方便,成本低廉,适于在基层单位推广,具有广泛的应用价值。
The total bacterial count of 120 samples such as tableware and beverage were measured by using test film and plate pouring method. The results showed that the compounding rate of the two methods was over 95 (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the two methods. This method, if used in combination with the coliform bacteria paper method, not only facilitates the operation procedure, but also can save a lot of manpower and resources, and has the advantages of convenient storage, low cost and suitable for promotion in the grass-roots units and has wide application value.
