我国商品砼的发展起步较晚,全国平均普及率只有5%,与发达国家60~80%相比,差距甚大;近年来,我国有关部门致力于砼一条龙生产运输机械——搅拌站、搅拌输送车、输送泵和散装水泥输送车的开发,且已初见成效。但由于我国基础设施比较落后,在一定程度上限制了现有预拌砼搅拌运输机械的生产、发展和推广。因此,配套开发一些不同用途的商品砼生产机械,发展边运输边搅拌,甚至现场停车搅拌的干式砼搅拌输送车是符合国情的,也是需要的。
The development of China’s commodity market started relatively late, with an average national penetration rate of only 5%. Compared with 60-80% of developed countries, the gap is very large. In recent years, China’s relevant departments have dedicated themselves to producing one-stop production of transport machinery—mixing stations and mixing. The development of transport vehicles, transfer pumps and bulk cement carriers has achieved initial success. However, due to the relatively backward infrastructure in our country, it has limited the production, development and promotion of the existing premixed mixing and conveying machinery to a certain extent. Therefore, supporting the development of a number of different uses of commercial products, production machinery, the development of side-by-side mixing, and even parking and stirring the dry mixing truck is in line with national conditions, but also is needed.
