目的采用容积CT观察颧颞管的解剖特点。方法对50例(100侧)成人眼眶容积CT图像进行标准化处理,观察颧颞管的显示率、形态、分支、平均长度、内孔起源位置、外孔(颧颞孔)至眶内缘距离、内外孔数量及孔径。结果颧颞管显示率为96.00%(96/100),为管状或纡曲形,共有46侧颧颞管发出返回眶内的分支。颧颞管根据走行分4型,分别为单支型(39支)、两支型(8支)、分叉型(36支)、单支+分叉型(13支)。内孔位于眶下裂(55/115,47.83%)或眶外侧壁(60/115,52.17%),外孔开口于颞窝(100/119,84.03%)或颧骨面(19/119,15.97%)。颧颞管长度为(12.4±4.9)mm。外孔距眶边缘(6.5±2.7)mm。颧颞管内孔、外孔可分为1孔或2孔型。内孔直径为1.0mm(0.8~1.2mm),外孔为0.8mm(0.7~1.0mm),男性内、外孔的孔径均大于女性。结论颧颞管是眼眶外壁内常见的神经血管通道,其走行及开口变异多样。
Objective To observe the anatomical characteristics of zygomatic-temporal canal by volume CT. Methods 50 cases (100 sides) of adult orbital volume CT images were normalized to observe the display rate, shape, branch, average length, the origin of the internal hole, the distance from the external hole (zygomatic temporal hole) to the orbital rim, Inside and outside the hole number and aperture. Results The rate of zygomatic and temporal mucosa was 96.00% (96/100). The zygomatic and medial temporal gyri was 46 or more. Zygomatic and temporal bronchus were divided into 4 types according to the type of operation: 39 single type, 8 double type, 36 forked type and 13 for single type and forked type. The inner hole was located in the inferior orbital fissure (55/115, 47.83%) or the lateral orbital wall (60/115 and 52.17%) with the external orifice opening in the temporal fossa (100 / 119,84.03%) or the zygomatic face (19/119, 15.97%). The length of zygomatic temporal canal was (12.4 ± 4.9) mm. Outside the hole from the orbital margin (6.5 ± 2.7) mm. Zygomatic temporal tube hole, the outer hole can be divided into 1 hole or 2 hole type. The diameter of the inner hole is 1.0mm (0.8 ~ 1.2mm), the outer hole is 0.8mm (0.7 ~ 1.0mm). The diameter of the male and female holes is larger than that of the female. Conclusions Zygomatic temporal tube is a common neurovascular channel in the orbital wall, which has many variations in its movement and opening.
