目的 如何有效预防、减轻及消除含碘造影剂的不良反应。材料与方法 本文回顾性分析和比较1118例含碘造影剂造影检查中有否预防措施的反应情况。结果 造影术前无预防性给药造影剂不良反应的发生率为14.32％,术前预防性给药其不良反应的发生率为2.45％。统计学处理有明显差异(P<0.01)。结论 预防性给药可以减少不良反应的发生率。
Objective How to effectively prevent, reduce and eliminate side effects of iodine-containing contrast agent. Materials and Methods This paper retrospectively analyzed and compared the response of 1118 iodine-containing contrast media in the presence of any precautionary measures. Results The incidence of adverse reactions of non-prophylactic administration of contrast medium before radiography was 14.32%. Preadmission prophylaxis was 2.45% with adverse reactions. Statistical differences were significant (P <0.01). Conclusion Preventive administration can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
