主要介绍了制订《钢铁企业设计节能技术规定》的意见、《规定》中推荐节能措施的选择原则、确定各工序能耗指标的依据以及贯彻《规定》还要做的几项工作。
Mainly introduced the formulation of “Steel Enterprise Design Energy-saving Technical Regulations,” the views of the “provisions” recommended energy-saving measures in the selection principle, to determine the basis of energy consumption indicators of each process and the implementation of “provisions” to do a few tasks.
