对35例大肠癌病人手术前后不同时期的自然杀伤(NK)细胞活性和可溶性白细胞介素2受体(sIL2R)水平进行了实验室检测的动态研究。结果表明大肠癌病人术前NK细胞活性明显低于正常人;sIL-2R明显高于正常人。术后大肠癌病人免疫功能呈现一个暂时性抑制到逐渐恢复的过程。临床未复发组的免疫功能维持在较高水平,明显高于复发组。而复发组免疫功能持续低下。提示机体免疫功能变化与大肠癌的预后密切相关。
The dynamic detection of natural killer (NK) cells and soluble interleukin 2 receptor (sIL2R) levels in 35 patients with colorectal cancer at different stages before and after surgery were studied. The results showed that the preoperative NK cell activity of colorectal cancer patients was significantly lower than normal; sIL-2R was significantly higher than normal. Postoperative immune function in patients with colorectal cancer presents a temporary inhibition to a gradual recovery process. The immune function of the clinically non-recurrent group remained at a higher level, which was significantly higher than that of the recurrent group. In the recurrent group, immune function continued to be low. It suggests that the change of immune function is closely related to the prognosis of colorectal cancer.
