测定了人参茎叶总皂苷对4龄粘虫的取食及生长发育的影响,包括非选择拒食活性、选择拒食活性和生长发育抑制作用。在室内模拟4龄粘虫的自然生长条件,在此基础上采用叶碟法测定测定人参茎总皂苷对其的拒食活性和生长发育抑制作用。结果表明,人参总皂苷对4龄粘虫的取食具有明显的抑制作用,20,10,5 g·L-13种质量浓度的人参总皂苷分别处理高粱叶片后饲喂4龄粘虫,8 h后,3种不同浓度的人参总皂苷的非选择性拒食率分别为88.67%,64.40%,47.36%,选择性拒食率分别为62.49%,44.29%,34.19%;与对照相比较,人参总皂苷处理后4龄粘虫的发育历期延长了13 h。人参总皂苷对4龄粘虫的取食和生长发育具有显著抑制作用,并且抑制效果随着浓度的增加而增大。
The effects of total ginsenosides on feeding and growth of armyworm, 4th instar larvae, including non-selective antifeedant activity, antifeedant activity and inhibition of growth and development were determined. In the laboratory, we simulated the natural growth conditions of 4th-instar armyworm. On the basis of this study, we determined the antifeedant activity and growth-inhibitory effect of total ginsenosides on ginseng stems by leaf disc method. The results showed that ginseng total saponin had significant inhibitory effect on 4th instar armyworm feeding. Total ginsenosides of 20, 10, 5 g · L-13 were fed on 4th instar armyworm, 8 h, the non-selective antifeedant rates of ginseng total saponins of three different concentrations were 88.67%, 64.40% and 47.36%, respectively, and the rates of selective antifeedant feeding were 62.49%, 44.29% and 34.19% respectively. Compared with the control, The developmental duration of 4th-instar armyworm was prolonged by 13 h after treatment with saponin. Ginseng total saponin on 4th instar armyworm feeding and growth and development have a significant inhibitory effect, and the inhibitory effect increases with increasing concentration.
