新生儿尤其低出生体重儿体内糖的贮存、产生、代谢均不稳定,易发生低血糖;输液时输糖浓度及速度不当又可引起高血糖,而血糖异常将会对大脑产生不可逆的损害,因此必须及时监测及早治疗,本院ICU于1993年3~4月对59名入院新生儿及2名糖尿病酮症酸中毒患儿用国产速得测糖干片(杭州第一生物化学制药厂生产)以微量血快速监测血糖,发现重危新生儿中低血糖11例,高血糖1例,为确认测得值的准确性,同一血标本以西德产Haemo-Gkukotest 20—800R测糖干片进行对照,结果报告如下。
