In July, the National Association of Realtors (NAR) released a report titled “Overview of International House Purchase Activities 2014” detailing how international clients in the United States for real estate from March 2013 to March 2014 Market buying situation. While this lengthy report includes interesting details of many foreign buyers buying in the U.S. property market, the financial media is focusing more attention on Chinese buyers. According to the NAR survey, Chinese spent a total of 22 billion U.S. dollars in the real estate market during the one-year survey period, an increase of 72% over the same period of the previous year.
