旅游合同代表并规范着旅行社的权利及责任,同时也实时保障了旅行社的全部利益。目前,国内外旅行社的旅游合同一般都倾向于旅游客户来制定,为了给顾客更多权益,从而使得旅行社本身也带来了更多的责任,事实上,责任越多,就越难保障旅行社自身的权益。本文以公平公正的原则通过各国不同的法律条例,针对目前旅游合同中的旅行社责任问题进行探究。
