企业人力资源供应链是供应链思想与人力资源管理理论的交叉融合,旨在搭建类似于“产品供应链”的管理链条,以实现人才的快速无时差供给,作为一个研究热点,已受到了越来越多的关注。基于人力资源供应链内涵和理论基础分析,对人力资源供应链整体链条、关键环节、特定行业以及宏观角度的人力资源供应链等实践成果进行了梳理和总结,继而进一步探讨了人力资源供应链的现存问题和发展趋势,以期为未来人力资源供应链的相关研究提供参考。
