本文从理论和实验角度研究了旋转圆盘动态过滤机中旋转盘和固定滤板间的流体流动。在合理的通过固定滤板的渗滤串情况下,求解了Re<10~4层流区的Navier-stokes方程。通过数据计算所得的速度曲线与LDA测量结果比较吻合。本文还讨论了旋转盘和固定滤板的剪应力分布。
In this paper, the fluid flow between the rotating disk and the fixed filter plate in the rotating disk dynamic filter was studied theoretically and experimentally. The Navier-Stokes equations for the Re <10 ~ 4 laminar flow area are solved in a reasonable case of a percolation string passing through a fixed filter plate. The velocity curves calculated from the data are in good agreement with the LDA measurements. The paper also discusses the shear stress distribution of rotating disk and fixed filter plate.
