北京市朝阳区新源里四小是2000年朝阳教委首批人事制度改革工作的试点单位。学校建于1952年,是一所有着五十余年发展史的老校。2002年5月与2003年5月,学校经历了两次教育资源整合,三校合一,统称为新源里四小,设有本部和两个分部,在校学生千余名,教师近百人。整合后,我们认真策划,率先通过中层干部岗位竞聘催生学校新的人力资源,这是实现人力资源向人力资本转化,使学校走内涵发展道路的重要战略。公平竞争激活人才为此,学校领导班子研究决定:不搞行政一言
