解决“三农”问题的最终目标是增加农民收入,而增加西部农民收入非常重要。本文对桂林市灵川县的农村消费信贷与农民收入的关系进行计量分析,认为农村消费信贷余额的增加对农村居民人均纯收入的增加有明显的作用。笔者根据调查所得的资料,分析了制约桂林灵川农村消费信贷发展的因素,并提出了相应的发展消费信贷的措施。
The ultimate goal of solving the “three rural issues” is to increase the income of peasants, and it is very important to increase the income of peasants in the west. This econometric analysis of the relationship between rural consumer credit and farmers’ income in Lingchuan County, Guilin shows that the increase of rural consumer credit balance has an obvious effect on the increase of per capita net income of rural residents. Based on the survey data, the author analyzes the factors restricting the development of rural consumer credit in Lingchuan, Guilin, and puts forward corresponding measures to develop consumer credit.
