非政府组织的迅速发展,不仅为普通民众参与社会事务提供了平台,而且为维护群众合法权益、缓解社会矛盾提供了新的渠道。非政府组织可以有效地提供非垄断性公共物品;可以反映社会各方的信息,促进政策制定的合理性;有利于促进机构改革;因为它的中立性和中介性,可以在政府和市场之间进行协调。尽管我国非政府组织在发展中面临许多问题,但其发展和逐步成熟是必然的。
The rapid development of non-governmental organizations not only provides a platform for ordinary people to participate in social affairs, but also provides a new channel for safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the masses and alleviating social conflicts.
