后危机时代也是公共性的时代,公共性的时代需要文化的公共性。文化公共性是文化生命之源,也是文化“走出去”的内在根据。中国社会主义先进文化的先进方向、“百花齐放,百家争鸣”的文化建设方针、以“统一战线”为标志的文化发展路径等,彰显中国文化模式的公共性意蕴,也承载起中国发展之“机”。但是中国文化模式“向内的”着力点的外向化和“向外的”着力点的内向化,使中国发展面临诸多挑战,成为中国文化“走出去”的内在阻障。
