图1所示为我厂重要产品中的关键零件,其内球面要求尺寸为SR372_0~(+0.10),粗糙度值为R_a3.2,且为断续内球面加工。为了解决此零件的车削加工,我们设计了如图2装置。 1.装置的原理和结构 本装置安装在C630车床上进行加工的,其结构如图2所示。安装时,先将锥杆的莫氏尾锥装紧在C630尾座的锥孔中,将滑杆装入滑座中,再将滑座夹持部位压紧在刀架上。 其原理是:工件用卡盘夹紧,自转,锁紧尾座。滑座通过刀架靠中拖板自动或手动横向进给,从而推动滑杆,通过滑杆与连杆的铰链,带动连杆绕锥杆和连杆的铰链作定点转动。这里连杆两铰链间的中心距即为球面半径372_0~(+0.10)。由于滑杆为平行运动。由此在刀头处由相似性原理形成同样的圆弧轨迹。这样在工件上就形成了我们所要求的球面。

The same arc trajectory is thus formed by the similarity principle at the tip. This forms the spherical surface we require on the workpiece.
