在过去的讨论当中,有人提出这样一个问题:基尼系数达到什么水平的时候,一个国家应该开始担心不平等的问题?我想这个问题问得是,到什么样的基尼系数会影响或者威胁到这个国家的发展?0.45或者是0.2,可能有人说是这样一个水平。我们也越来越多地了解了不平等和发展之间的相互关系。今天我主要是要讲一下这两者之间的关系,同时看看如何将这种关系应用到中国的实际当中来。
In the past discussions, the question was raised as to what level of the Gini Coefficient should a country start to worry about inequality? I think this question asks what kind of Gini Coefficient will affect or threaten this National development? 0.45 or 0.2, some people may say is such a level. We are also increasingly aware of the interrelationships between inequality and development. Today, I am mainly going to talk about the relationship between the two, and at the same time, to see how this relationship can be applied to the reality of China.
