目的:建立玉簪清咽十五味丸中木香烃内酯、去氢木香内酯的含量测定方法。方法:采用Aligent Zorbax-XDB柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇-水(65:35)为流动相,检测波长为225nm。结果:木香烃内酯线性范围0.5155～2.5775μg(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为99.99%,RSD为0.65%;去氢木香内酯线性范围0.5450～2.7250μg(r=0.999 5),平均回收率为99.67%,RSD为1.27%。结论:该方法快速准确,结果可靠,提高了玉簪清咽十五味丸的质量标准。
Objective: To establish a method for determining the content of woody lactone and dehydrocostus lactone in Yuyan Qingyan Shiwei Pills. METHODS: The Aligent Zorbax-XDB column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used with methanol-water (65:35) as the mobile phase and the detection wavelength was 225 nm. Results: The linear range of costolactone was 0.5155～2.5775μg(r=0.999 8). The average recovery was 99.99%, the RSD was 0.65%. The linear range of dehydrocostus lactone was 0.5450～2.7250μg(r=0.999 5). The average recovery rate was 99.67% and the RSD was 1.27%. Conclusion: The method is rapid, accurate, reliable, and improves the quality standard of Yuyan Qingyan Shiwei Pill.
