目的:从经济学角度评价河北省世界银行贷款结核病控制项目,在DOTS策略干预下发生的成本、效果及效益,探讨DOTS策略的经济合理性,探讨DOTS策略成功的因素,探讨DOTS策略对提高结核病防治综合效应的作用,探讨低投入、高效益的结核病控制方法,为结核病控制的可持续发展提供科学依据。结论:DOTS策略是成本效果、成本效益俱佳的卫生干预措施,符合低投入、高效益原则,其实施是经济合理的。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the cost, effectiveness and benefit of World Bank-financed TB control programs in Hebei Province under DOTS strategy from an economic point of view, to explore the economic rationality of DOTS strategy and to explore the factors that make DOTS strategy successful. To explore the effect of DOTS strategy on TB control Prevention and control of the comprehensive effect of the role of low investment and high efficiency of tuberculosis control methods for the sustainable development of TB control to provide a scientific basis. Conclusion: The DOTS strategy is a cost-effective and cost-effective health intervention in line with the principle of low investment and high efficiency, and its implementation is economical and reasonable.
