本文运用调查问卷法研究了封闭式中学与非封闭式中学学生学习生活满意度的差异。调查发现两种类型学校学生的学习生活满意度存在显著性差异,主要体现在:封闭式中学学生比非封闭式中学学生学习生活满意度高;封闭式管理提升了男生和高中生的学习生活满意度。通过对调查结果的分析,本研究对不同管理模式的学校提出了改进建议。
This paper uses the questionnaire method to study the difference of learning life satisfaction between closed-end schools and non-closed-end secondary schools. The survey found that there were significant differences in learning life satisfaction between the two types of school students, mainly reflected in: satisfaction of students in closed-end secondary schools is higher than that of students in non-closed-end secondary schools; and closed-end management enhances the satisfaction of learning life of boys and high school students degree. Through the analysis of the survey results, this study put forward suggestions for improving the management of different schools.
