近年来普通高等教育由精英教育转为大众化教育,包括了民办高职院校在内,不同类型的高校加入扩招行列。作为自主经营的民办高职,学生吸收整体情况远比公办院校复杂,加大了学生管理难度,学生思想政治教育方面存在诸多困惑。在教育平民化、互联网加背景下做好民办教育,注重学生教育、提升管理水平、强化教育效果是必经之路。
