目的 :为探索Ⅰa、Ⅰb期上皮性卵巢癌术后辅助化疗是否能提高疗效。方法 :对天津市肿瘤医院自 195 4～1992年间收治的Ⅰa、Ⅰb期上皮性卵巢浸润癌住院患者 44例进行回顾性分析。结果 :包括低分化肿瘤在内的Ⅰa、Ⅰb期卵巢癌术后单纯随访组与辅化组比较 ,2年复发率、5年及 10年生存率均无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,并且术后化疗并不能延长肿瘤复发时间 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :Ⅰa、Ⅰb期卵巢癌术后无需辅化 ,可以单纯随访 ,唯透明细胞癌预后较差 ,应给予重视。
Objective: To explore if postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy for stage Ⅰa, Ⅰb epithelial ovarian cancer can improve the curative effect. Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed on 44 inpatients with stage Ⅰa and 1b epithelial ovarian invasive carcinoma who were admitted to Tumor Hospital of Tianjin from 1954 to 1992. Results: There was no significant difference in the 2-year recurrence rate, 5-year and 10-year survival rate between the follow-up group and the adjuvant group in stage Ⅰa and 1b ovarian cancer including poorly differentiated tumors (P> 0.05) , And postoperative chemotherapy did not prolong the time of tumor recurrence (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Stage Ⅰ a and stage Ⅰb ovarian cancer without postoperative adjuvant, you can simply follow-up, only clear cell carcinoma of the poor prognosis, should pay attention.
