利用JMatPro软件,计算了不同渗碳量的15CrMo钢淬火组织相组成,热物理、力学性能参数,CCT曲线及端淬性。结果表明:淬火组织中渗碳体含量随渗碳量的增大而增多,奥氏体化温度随碳含量的增多而降低。在相同温度下,线膨胀系数、热导率、泊松比和密度随渗碳量的增大而减小;相反,比热容和杨氏模量随渗碳量的增大而增大。珠光体、贝氏体、铁素体和马氏体的转变温度均随渗碳量的增加而降低;屈服强度、抗拉强度和洛氏硬度随渗碳量的增大而增大;随距离淬火端面距离的增大,屈服强度、抗拉强度和洛氏硬度明显呈梯度形式递减。
Using JMatPro software, the microstructure, thermophysical properties, mechanical properties parameters, CCT curves and quench hardenability of 15CrMo steel with different carburizing capacities were calculated. The results show that the content of cementite in quenched microstructure increases with the increase of carburizing amount, and the austenitizing temperature decreases with the increase of carbon content. At the same temperature, linear expansion coefficient, thermal conductivity, Poisson’s ratio and density decrease with the increase of carburizing amount; on the contrary, specific heat capacity and Young’s modulus increase with the increase of carburizing amount. The transformation temperatures of pearlite, bainite, ferrite and martensite all decrease with the increase of the amount of carburizing. The yield strength, tensile strength and Rockwell hardness increase with the increase of carburizing amount. With the increase of the amount of carburizing, Quenching end of the distance increases, yield strength, tensile strength and Rockwell hardness decreased significantly gradient.
