编辑同志:我与前夫曾以按揭贷款的方式购得一套房屋。事过五年后的2011年9月,我与前夫办理了离婚手续。离婚协议中约定:所购房屋归前夫所有,此后的按揭贷款本息均由前夫归还,此前的首付款及已付贷款本息,由前夫折算给我一半现金。由于前夫事后一直没有还贷,银行遂提起了索要贷款本息的诉讼。令我没想到的是,本以为该款与我无关,近日却被法院判决和前夫共同担责。这到底是为什么?

Divorce agreement stipulated: the purchase of the house owned by the ex-husband, since the mortgage loan principal and interest are returned by the ex-husband, after the first payment and the principal and interest has been paid by the ex-husband converted to half my cash. As the ex-husband has not repay the debt after the incident, the bank filed for a loan principal and interest litigation. I did not expect that this thought has nothing to do with me, but recently has been the court sentenced jointly with his ex-husband. what is this?
