本文根据在近中性溶液中 ,痕量锰 (Ⅱ )对高碘酸钾氧化氨基黑 10B褪色反应的催化作用建立了检出极限为 0 .0 2 μg/mL、线性范围为 0 .45~ 9.5 μg/mL的测定锰的新方法 ,适用于人发、人尿中痕量锰的测定。
