当前,民兵应急分队的政治教育遇到了许多困难,很重要一个原因是教育制度上存在有法不依和无法可依的现象,法律法规不够完善,比如现有的《国防法》、《民兵工作条例》等法规比较原则,没有具体的配套措施;军队的有关规定,对地方部门和民兵单位缺乏约束力。我们认为,对当前民兵应急分队政治教育中遇到的难题,必须在法律法规上采取相应的措施,以便从根本上改变政治教育落实难的状况。
At present, there are many difficulties encountered in the political education of the militia contingent. One of the reasons is that there are laws and regulations in the education system that are incompatible with the law and the laws and regulations are not perfect enough. For example, the existing “National Defense Law” and the “Regulations on Militia Work” "The principles of comparison of laws and regulations, there is no specific support measures; the relevant provisions of the military, the local departments and militia units are not binding.
