随着高校毕业生就业制度改革的不断深入,大学生就业越来越依赖于就业市场的建立与完善。其中,校内毕业生就业市场尤为关键。为了准确地了解2004年就业形势,全面掌握校内就业市场的整体情况,山东大学学生就业指导中心策划并实施了“山东大学就业市场调查”课题,对山东大学2004届毕业生供需见面会进行了问卷访问和科学有效的统计分析,得出了具有指导性的调查结论。
