自2011年开办内地新疆中职班以来,如何对语言、文化方面存在差异的内职班学生组织开展德育课教育教学成为中职学校需要思考的问题。本研究立足于课堂,以《经济政治与社会》课程教学为例,对塑造课堂行为及各种教学方法的实际运用进行了探讨。利用内职班学生竞争意识普遍较强的特点,从不断提升内职班学生的文化归属感,促使学生情感、态度发生转变等方面着手组织教学,取得了比较理想的教学效果。
Since the establishment of secondary vocational schools in Xinjiang in 2011, how to organize the teaching of moral education among vocational students who have differences in language and culture has become a problem to be considered in secondary vocational schools. This study is based on the classroom. Taking the teaching of “Economics, Politics and Society” as an example, this study explores the practical application of shaping classroom behaviors and various teaching methods. By using the characteristics that the competition awareness among internal students is generally strong, we should continue to improve the sense of belonging of students in vocational schools and promote the transformation of students’ emotions and attitudes. This has resulted in an ideal teaching result.
