高屈曲度膝关节假体置换后改良与常规康复方法的效果比较

目的该次实验将对高屈曲度膝关节假体置换后改良与常规康复方法进行对比分析。方法该次实验选取了2016年6—12月在该院就诊的86例高屈曲度膝关节假体置换的患者为研究对象,随机分为对照和观察组,对照组采用常规康复方案,观察组采用改良功能训练,包括膝踝屈伸、并膝下蹲等形式,随后进行膝关节活动和关节功能的对比分析。结果两组患者置换后在不同时间点的膝关节活动均有所改善,且观察组改善更优,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高屈曲度膝关节假体置换的患者应尽早结合功能性锻炼,而改良训练能够有效的帮助患者恢复膝关节活动度,恢复关节功能,值得在临床过程中推广应用。 Objective The purpose of this experiment is to compare and analyze the improved and routine rehabilitation methods of high flexion knee prosthesis replacement. Methods In this experiment, 86 patients with high flexion knee prosthesis replacement treated in our hospital from June to December in 2016 were selected as control group and observation group. The control group received routine rehabilitation program and the observation group The use of improved functional training, including knee ankle flexion and extension, knee squatting and other forms, followed by knee activities and joint function comparative analysis. Results After the replacement, the knee joint activities of both groups improved at different time points, and the improvement in the observation group was better. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions Patients with high flexion knee prosthesis should be combined with functional exercise as soon as possible. However, improved training can effectively help patients recover knee joint activity and restore joint function, which is worth popularizing in clinic.
