聚N-异丙基丙烯酰胺-丙烯酸共聚微凝胶与Tb(Ⅲ)相互作用的研究

The N-isopropylacrylamide and acrylic acid copolymeric microgel was pr epared by dispersion polymerization. The complex of microgel containing terbium( Ⅲ) was prepared and characterized by dynamic laser scattering(DLS), UV spectrum , FT_IR and Fluorescence spectrum. The DLS results indicated that the particle r adium decreased from 120 nm to 90 nm after the terbium adding into microgel. In th e UV spectrum,the main absorption peak was red shifted from 204 nm to 210 nm,cor r espondingly,the peaks of carbonyl groups and the amino groups of the microgel al so underwe nt a red shift in FT-IR spectrum by adding terbium(Ⅲ) ions.The above measureme n ts indicated that the terbium ion could bind with the oxygen atom in carbonyl gr oups and the nitrigen atom in amino groups of microgel. The fluorescence spectru m showed that the Tb(Ⅲ)-microgel complex possesed a good fluorescence properti es showing the characteristic emissions of terbium(Ⅲ) ions and the complex exhi bited the strongest fluorescence emission at 0.6% ration.
