目前疫苗技术迅速发展,已有多种疫苗用于传染病的预防,对控制传染病的传播起到了重要作用。2008年2月,卫生部宣布国家免疫规划病种扩至15种,相应疫苗也纳入免疫规划。疫苗接种后产生的保护性免疫应答使机体免受相应病原体感染,因此,依托免疫应答检测技术,利用各病种病原微生物的保护性抗原对疫苗的接种效果、免疫后的抗体水平进行评价具有重要的现实意义。本文综述了我国15种免疫规划病种病原体保护性抗原的研究进展。
